Abstract

Significant transformations in the spheres of economy, politics, social relations, science and technology significantly changed the conditions of social development and accelerated the evolution of higher education. These changes put new tasks before the modern higher education institution, and the analysis of educational problems is impossible without taking these changes into account. The quality of specialist training has become especially important for the modern system of higher education, since education itself is no longer a decisive factor in the world market. The creation of a modern economy and social relations, as well as the development of the social and cultural sphere of society, require the appropriate quality of education, which is the key to the wealth and prosperity of any country. An innovative approach to solving this problem is accompanied by the introduction of new initiatives and improvements, which collectively lead to profound changes in the field of education, including the transformation of its content and quality.
