Abstract

The article discusses methods of distance learning in teaching legal disciplines. The essence of distance learning problems in teaching legal disciplines and ways to solve them are revealed. It has been proven that in order for distance learning of students to be as effective as possible, it must be properly organized using a system of organizational and methodical measures, and all educational materials must be written in such a way as to minimize students' search for additional educational material. Today, it is no longer enough to translate educational and methodological materials into electronic form, it is necessary to clearly define the purpose of training and the methods of distance support in teaching legal disciplines.

It is substantiated that the implementation of distance learning methods when teaching legal disciplines to students should be aimed at building the educational process in such a way that effective assimilation of knowledge and formation of various competencies of the future specialist takes place - as general cultural ones (related to the culture of thinking and language, ethics and the acquisition of high level of legal awareness), as well as directly professional.

It was found that high-quality education of students of legal disciplines is an important condition for the proper implementation of distance learning technologies in the educational process of a higher education institution and their constant improvement for solving pedagogical tasks in modern conditions.
