PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF PROFESSIONAL JUNIOR BACHELORS: REGULATORY, LEGAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL PROVISIONS

Abstract

The article analyzes the legal principles of the functioning of vocational pre-higher education from the Law of Ukraine "On Vocational Pre-Higher Education" to the Regulation on Accreditation of Educational-Professional Programs of Vocational Pre-Higher Education, approved standards for specialties. The expediency of introducing this link of education into the education system of Ukraine is substantiated. The practical orientation of the professional junior bachelor's level of education was noted. Eligibility and absence of age limit for obtaining it. It is noted that the main principle of the organization of the educational process in institutions of vocational pre-higher education is student-oriented learning.
