Abstract

The article highlights the specifics of the creative activity of the conductor of the orchestra. The peculiarities of the relationship between the leader and the members of the orchestra, which are characteristic of their joint professional activity, are outlined. In addition, the communicative culture of the future conductor of the orchestra is seen as a process of interaction between members of the orchestra. The main elements of communication of the conductor and his aesthetic culture are characterized, without which it is impossible to imagine a modern orchestra.
