Abstract

As a result of the conducted pedagogical discourse the attempt to outline in a condensed form some parameters of vision of actual aspects of improvement of professional training of the teacher of modern elementary school is presented. Given current trends (globalization, European integration, digitalization), it is stated that, despite the undoubted advantages of personality-oriented approach in education, personal-professional influence of teachers on the formation of the personality of the learner is significantly reduced due to the dominance of distance learning services. This is personally felt, based on the unsurpassed importance of the teacher's personality on the dynamics of positive socialization of the child as a student. Given the current realities of martial law in the country, which significantly enhances the spiritual essence of national education, as well as increases the impact on enriching its power in propaedeutics of traumatic factors on psycho-emotional, mental, moral health of children and youth community, it is difficult to overestimate subjective direct interaction of participants in the educational process. Emphasis is placed on the importance of systematic preparation of future teachers for the competent implementation of a non-discriminatory approach in the process of personal and professional functions; after all, this aspect has acquired an experimental study.New markers of European integration processes are pointed out, among which the priority is given to the importance of "soft skills" of students, among which democratic leadership, ability to work in a team, and innovative competence and foreign language competence are of paramount importance. As for the latter, its demand is due, on the one hand, the ability to communicate in international project activities, and, on the other - the mastery of academic mobility given the dominant multiculturalism in the domestic educational sphere. The readiness of primary school teachers for successful professional self-realization implies a full understanding and acceptance of new, given by the realities of today, the rules of coexistence of adults and children, which increases the importance of human dimension of educational services. The emergence of new socio-pedagogical tools for the practical implementation of the idea of "lifelong learning" is stated. Emphasis is placed on the prospects in scientific research to focus increased research attention on those constructive approaches that make alternative institutions attractive in the market of educational services.
