TOURISM AS A MEANS OF CORRECTION OF THE PSYCHOEMOTIONAL STATE OF ATO PARTICIPANTS

Abstract

The psycho-emotional state of anti-terrorist operation participants is investigated in the article. It was found that only a third of the respondents successfully adapted in terms of interpersonal relationships. However, there are those who experience a decrease in working capacity, which contributes to the development of dissatisfaction and the need for psychological counseling. During the study, respondents showed signs of psycho[1]emotional instability, which interferes with work and affects behavior in a tense or stressful situation. Participants of the anti-terrorist operation, demonstrating incorrect self-esteem, find it difficult to establish social contacts and show a painful attitude to criticism. Such respondents constantly feel tension in communication with other people, they are not ready to make contact, it is difficult for them to adapt in society. The analysis of moral and ethical norms showed that the demobilized are not ready to adhere to them and their interests are more important for them than group interests. An effective help for anti-terrorist operation fighters today is to conduct psychological tourist trips, which combine comfortable rest, exciting tourism, various and effective teaching methods ("open-air" formats of therapy – in full human contact with nature and culture (travel on Examples of specific psychological areas that are actively used in tourism are landscape therapy, phototherapy, eudemotherapy (happiness therapy), and animal therapy.
