Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical foundations of the a multifaceted development of educational innovation, ethnocultural identity and national identity. The authors emphasize that the subject[1]environmental approach involves interdisciplinary integration of provisions that determine the specifics of the development of objects and principles of the environment, expand the scope of their influence in the educational process. In this context, it is indicated that the school environment of the educational institution is a functional space of interaction of educational entities, between which the socio-pedagogical interaction is established. To solve the tasks, researchers use a set of scientific methods that ensure the reliability of results and conclusions: content analysis – to clarify the state of the problem, the formulation of a system of basic concepts and conceptualization of basic principles; analysis and synthesis of philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical sources, Internet resources, study and generalization of the practice of general secondary education. The authors point out that the specifics of the educational process, the unique atmosphere of the educational institution, the content of the educational program, the professionalism and educational level of teachers of these institutions determines the status of education in the region, affects the formation of a positive image of the educational institution, region, country. Researchers prioritize in the choice of alternative ways and theoretical and methodological guidelines for the formation and development of innovative educational institutions in the subject-environmental approach and the concept of socio-cultural modernization. The expediency of applying the subject-environmental approach increases the efficiency of all channels of interaction of the subjects of the educational process, which provides a comprehensive impact on social activity and personal development (activity, sensitive, cognitive, interactive, orientation, physical).
