Abstract

The importance of the ictivity of academic lecturer of higher educational establishment who has a social significance and takes a key role in the country and formation of personality's psychological culture, national consciousness and spiritual culture of Ukrainian society is emphasized. The major stages of education are presented in the article. The functionality of scientific education as a sphere of education and science which are crossing is shown. The special peculiarities of the scientific work of the academic lecturer in the condition of the higher educational establishment are given.
