Abstract

The research deals with the main issues of using the leader-shaping technologies in the activities of a higher education institution (HEI), analysis of their use for developing effective leadership as well as the ability to adapt in the team. The publication identifies common methods of shaping leadership skills in students. The work involves theoretical methods, methods of pedagogical reconstruction, representative online survey based on Lime Survey system. The obtained results confirmed the expediency of introducing leader-shaping technologies in the process of professional training of a HEI lecturer.
