Abstract

The article is devoted to topical aspects of the development of pedagogical skills of modern professionals. As an important structural component of pedagogical skills, the ability of an individual to use innovative educational technologies is considered. It is emphasized that the modernization of the modern Ukrainian educational system requires introduction of innovative educational technologies, and the
ability to use them solving professional problems becomes an important indicator of the level of development of pedagogical skills of a modern specialist.
