Abstract

The article discusses interconnection between academic and professional mobility. It has been determined that professional mobility involves the readiness of a specialist to change the professional tasks performed, the workplace, the ability to quickly master new specialties. It is proved that academic mobility is the most powerful factor in the formation of professional mobility and the development of a global educational and scientific space, means for improving the quality of education and the development of cultural exchange. It increases the demand for graduates of higher education institutions in the labor market, provides opportunities for professional self-realization and self-improvement, increases the level of qualification of labor resources of the national economy.
