Abstract

The role of pedagogical potential of psychological and pedagogical disciplines in the formation of professional and pedagogical mobility of students of specialty 073 "Management" specialization "management of educational institution" in the conditions of the magistracy is revealed in the article.

Based on the author's concept, formation of activity and personal components of professional-pedagogical mobility (corresponding competencies) is considered. According to the results of the analysis and generalization of primary sources, the introduction of the discipline "professional mobility of graduates of educational institutions" into the curriculum is proposed.

The need to study the professional and pedagogical mobility of specialists in the conditions of master's degree is relevant in the context of their transition to the educational system for teaching positions in the absence of their basic pedagogical education.
