The results of the analysis of the experience of building a higher education system in advanced European countries contribute to the development and enrichment of the domestic education system, avoid repetition of mistakes and find new approaches to solving problems in the educational field. Therefore, when developing a strategy for modernizing education and science that has a direct impact on the transformation of society, it is necessary to study the existing models of educational and scientific systems of the world and the methods of their management.
