Abstract

Actuality of searching for the ways to combine traditional forms, methods, technologies of teaching with information technologies is determined by innovative processes of society informatization. The article describes the distance form of training. On the basis of the analysis of scientific sources and practical experience, it has been established that the systematic use of distance learning technologies is an essential and necessary process of informatization of education, intended to adapt the modern educational environment to the conditions of the informational society, effective organizational and managerial activity and successful functioning of educational programs in it.
The author summarizes the following requirements for organizational and pedagogical conditions of distance professional training in the context of informatization of education: normative, technical, pedagogical and personal-professional. It is clerified that the organizational and pedagogical conditions of distance learning in the informational and educational environment of the vocational education institution should be purposely designed to ensure the full or partial organization of educational process on the basis of distance learning technologies and to correlate with the requirements for informatization of education. Three blocks of organizational and pedagogical conditions (organizational-technical, content-procedural, personal-professional) are arranged, which promote the effective implementation of distance professional training technologies and provide the social effect that is seen in the diversification of forms of vocational education and training; meeting individual educational and professional needs of a personality; improving the quality of vocational training for students; cost reduction in the system of vocational education, etc.
