Abstract

The article is devoted to substantiation of necessity of formation the value orientations of the future teacher musician as the basis of professional readiness of a specialist for music educational activity. Musical and educational activities are considered as one of the important types of professional activities of a music teacher. This activity is carried out in the field of art and has a special pedagogical orientation. The realization of music education by a music teacher ensures the implementation of popularizing, cultural creative, educational functions in working with students.
It is proved that the value sphere specificity of the future teacher musician as a subject of music education consists of the specialist’ focus on solving pedagogical tasks by means of music art, orientation on assimilation and popularization of universal and general cultural values and high order priorities – humanistic. Humanistic values are determined by universal moral principles, among which the most significant in the field of music education is the desire for beauty and harmony in relationships, orientation to another, humanity, etc.
It is established that the process of value orientations formation of teachers musicians depends on the presence of their professional motivation, encouragement to act, interest in music education as a pedagogical phenomenon. The presence of positive motivation of the student to the field of music education affects his activities as a whole, his professional activities, actions, and acts as a young person’ s behavior stimulator in the professional field, which determines the successful mastery of such an important kind of professional activity as music education. The motivational sphere of the future teacher musician develops in the process of professional training, along with his aesthetic and humanistic values, interests and motivations for professional self-realization in the field of music education.
The justification of formation technologies of future teacher musician value orientations as a subject of music and educational activities is defined as a promising direction for further research on the issue raised.
