Formation of the scientific speech culture of future experts of informational, library and archive sphere in the professional training process

Abstract

Language culture creation is one of the most urgent questions nowadays. This is not only philological problem, but social as well – as it is related to different communication methods. The article covers linguistic principles of language culture creation. Violation of normative language is explained by the influence of the Russian language, the mass media and linguisticsurrounding.
The article considers the content and structure of concept “culture of scientific speech”, defines the peculiarities of implementation of modern Ukrainian literary language’ norms in scientific style, notice to most typical mistakes for scientific texts. It showed that students have low and middle language skills. Future experts of informational, library and archive sphere educatorsmake mistakes including word stress and vocabulary. Violation of normative language is explained by the influence of the Russian language, dialects, the mass media and linguisticsurrounding. Many of the common mistakes found were due to lack of understanding modern Ukrainian language. Analysis of typical speech errors in the future experts of informational, library and archive sphere.
Scientific speech is not only a means of mastering a certain information but also a means of its realization in specific kinds of educational activities: doing control works, preparing reports, preparing sunopges, taking part in seminars, conferences, discussions, making up plans, theses, summaries, etc. The theoretical basis of the error classification are the lingual didactics works. The article analyses typical mistakes and faults in student speech at pedagogical universities. The nature and occurrence of the speech errors of the students being analyzed, the number of objective and subjective factors that led to making these errors being determined. The authors substantiates the idea that the Ukrainian language policy should be provided keeping in mind indissoluble connection of the national culture with national language.
