Abstract

The article deals with theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical researches to determine the phenomenon of "tolerance".
The analysis of psychological concepts suggests that the phenomenon of "tolerance" covers a certain set of values, among which: stability (endurance, tolerance, resistance to conflicts); a sense of the value of another person; dialogue; partnership in communication; forming an internal installation to another; self-actualization and identification of the personality of their intrinsic qualities; the cultivation of a culture of interethnic communication and interethnic tolerance. The theoretical analysis of modern pedagogical research suggests that researchers specify the classification of types of tolerance (pedagogical, communicative, interpersonal, interethnic, religious, racial, political, social, age, gender).
Tolerance "appears on the psychological level and manifests itself in the form of an internal setting and the attitude of the individual in the team". The concept of the installation partly coincides with the notion of habit, predisposition, character traits. The presence of solid entrenched facilities determines the style of the individual's behavior and allows him to draw conclusions about his character
The analysis of psychological concepts suggests that the phenomenon of "tolerance" covers a certain set of meanings, among which: stability (endurance, tolerance, resistance to conflicts (O. Asmolov), sense of the value of another person (I. Bech, S. Bondireva, D. Kolesov ), dialogue, partnership in communication (G. Ball, O. Petrovsky), formation of the internal installation to another (S. Bondyreva, D. Kolesov); self-actualization and identification of personality of their essential qualities (A. Maslow); education of the culture of interethnic communication and interethnic ones pymosti (E. Magomedov)
