Abstract

This article deals with the next questions: the results of the conducted gist analysis of organizational and pedagogical conditions; the characteristics of studying process within the methodical training and the list of pedagogical factors for solving the contradictions of the problem of development of research competence of prospective specialists in agricultural engineering during the process of studying of agricultural machinery, out of which dominant factors are singled out is accented. General characteristic of grounded organizational and pedagogical conditions of the development of research competence of specialists in agricultural engineering during the studying of agricultural machinery that is based on the realization of systematic, competence, activity, personally oriented, integrative approaches in learning process considering appropriate processes, which create developing environment is given.
As a result of the work, the following organizational and pedagogical conditions were substantiated:
1) systematic and phased involvement of students in teaching and research and research activities in various forms of training with the implementation of educational research tasks of the practical direction;
2) organization of the construction of the content of training for agricultural machines on the basis of the permanent integration of scientific knowledge and production processes with optimal coordination with the content of vocational training and students' educational and research activities;
3) ensuring optimal-functional efficiency of all components of the methodical system of development of research competence of future specialists in agroengineering in the process of studying agricultural machines;
4) organization of educational process with the purposeful formation of students of professionally important qualities.
