ІДЕНТИФІКАЦІЯ ПОНЯТТЯ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ ТА ЙОГО ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ У КОНТЕКСТІ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ВІТЧИЗНЯНИХ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Метою статті є аналізування наявних досліджень ідентифікації інтелектуального капіталу підприємства, тенденцій їх розвитку та визначення основних складових інтелектуального капіталу у контексті інноваційного розвитку вітчизняних промислових підприємств. Для проведення дослідження використовувалися наступні методи: абстрактно-логічний метод; метод узагальнення.
Викладено результати порівняльного аналізування праць українських та зарубіжних вчених, економістів та експертів з вивчення інтелектуального капіталу промислового підприємства. Систематизовано й уніфіковано такі ключові поняття, як: інтелектуальний капітал, нематеріальні активи, інтелектуальні ресурси, людський і організаційний капітал. Проаналізовано значення та роль інтелектуального капіталу. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття “інтелектуальний капітал підприємства”. Окреслено головні завдання формування людського капіталу за умов інноваційного розвитку промислового підприємства. Структуровано критерії формування людського капіталу як важливої складової інтелектуального капіталу у контексті інноваційного зростання промислового підприємства. Виявлено особливості формування людського капіталу за умови інноваційному розвитку промислового підприємства. У процесі дослідження інтелектуального капіталу підприємств промисловості висновки та пропозиції здійснені під призмою специфіки формування його складових елементів в епоху становлення та розвитку економіки знань. Провідним вектором подальшого розвитку інтелектуального капіталу підприємств в умовах такої економіки мають стати питання проєктування процесу кумуляції, класифікації, вимірювання та трансформування знаннєвого капіталу, а також розроблення інструментів переведення його елементів у матеріалізовані та інноваційні активи підприємства.
Практична значущість дослідження полягає у можливості використання запропонованих положень для забезпечення ефективності формування, розвитку та використання інтелектуального капіталу з метою підвищення ефективного функціонування промислових підприємств та формуванні конкурентоспроможності в умовах активізації інноваційних процесів.
