The Legal Basis Of Activities Of Business Entities In Western Ukraine In The Austro-Hungarian Empire

Abstract

In the scientific article the author examines the legislative bases for the activities of economic entities in theWestern territories during the reign of the Austro-Hungarian authorities. The author analyzes the economic activities in the study period, the procedure for obtaining permits for such activities and the development of factory production in the Western-Ukrainian lands.

In fact Factory industry of Western-Ukrainian lands was developed specifically expanded extraction and primary processing of raw materials, not production of finished products. Such a direction in the view of many researchers dictated the Austro-Hungarian government, and foreign capital.
