Abstract

During the criminal offenses investigation of this category it is extremely important for the investigator to have proper access to the situation at the action scene and to develop an own algorithm of the work. According to the results of our study about the statistical data and materials of criminal proceedings (cases), we have found lot of criminal cases (production) in Ukraine were closed for the various reasons within the last 3 years.
