The History Of The Criminal Procedure Policy Of Conciliation And Meditation In Ukraine

Abstract

This article analyzes the criminal procedure policy history of conciliation and meditation in Ukraine for restorative approach forms application displays restorative justice purposes. Starting with the Russkaya Pravda and finishing with the latest period in our history, this article explores some historical considerations of the conciliation. A number of statutory acts in terms of using the conciliations conditions, its consequence and proceedings cases where it is allowed are analyzed.
