Abstract

The article presents a comparative legal study of Ukraine and the CIS states of legal forms of agricultural production. The author analyzes rules of legislation of various branches of law, which are defined as general provisions of legal forms of agricultural production and features of the legal status of certain entities of the agricultural business. Based on the research conclusions to improve current legislation of Ukraine.
