Abstract

In this article questions about regulation of neighbourly landed relations in Statuts of the Grand Dutch of Lithuania are considered.

„Statuts of the Grand Dutch of Lithuania” (1529) contained a row of positions concerning the settlement of landed relations of neighbourliness. He included rule commons concerning the settlement of landed relations, and also the special rules.

They regulated procedure of consideration of landed disputes, responsibility for violation of lines of areas; use of forest and water objects. As a considerable step concerning development of the legal adjusting of neighbourly landed relations. Next releases „Statuts of the Grand Dutch of Lithuania” (1566, 1588) did not make the considerable alterations concerning adjusting relations of neighbourly landed relations of neighbourhood, but a settlement of procedure of consideration of landed disputes was perfected.
